i just wanted to say that the mayor is going to be impeached. he is only interested in making a name for himself. He is supposed to be there for the people not just to have his mane on a plaque.
Why isn't he doing what he was hired for?
Seattle is starting to look like a city in a third world. He is not maintaining the streets, traffic signs etc. He is letting everything go to hell.
Hes paying the heads of each dept. money for running their dept. under budget. Which means that they are doing even less to maintain the streets, drains, traffic signs, even pot holes.
How can he bee allowed to misuse our taxes that are for the maintence of the city not to be channeled to the tunnel that nobody wants? Almost everyone here in west seattle and further south don't want the TUNNEL.
Nickles is supposed to be working with other agencies like the Governor.
Because Nickles is only interested in having his name on a plaque we are going to lose the funding from the governor.
Nickles wasted over $1.2 plus on toilets that people don't and can't use because ov drug dealers and users, prostitues and the homeless. When he first expressed his interest in them he was advised by the police and other communitie leaders that what will happen if he does invest taxpayers monies buying the toilets. but did he listen to them?!?
He needs to stop taking or taxes and putting them into a fund for a tunnel that won't work and will be an ongoing job for the next 30 years or more at the taxpayers expense.
Our streets are sinking in areas that are not being repaired, there is very little street maintence except for where the affluent live, and still nobody, even the NEWS Departments on t.v. and the papers are not saying anything about what the mayor is doing and not doing. Whats up with that?
