- Hawks ball. Edgerrin James is in the game. He carries the ball and the Colts fan do the classy thing and clap for him. That was his 3,000 career rushing attempt. Seattle's drive is stopped by 2 penalties. The first one was a holding after Seneca and John Carlson hook up on a big pass. The second one, Seneca crossed the line of scrimmage and threw a great ball to T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Seahawks punt.
- Colts ball. Indy capitalizes on a 35 yard catch by Pierre Garcon. Three plays later, Peyton Manning to Reggie Wayne for a 4-yard TD. Colts lead it, 14-0.
- Hawks ball. As FOX comes back from the commercial break, they show D-coordinator Gus Bradley yelling at Lofa Tatupu. Then he yells at the whole defense. Seattle is relying more on the passing game this drive. They seem more comfortable. Houshmandzadeh makes a grab and gains 20 yards. We're at the 2-minute warning. Rob Sims leaves the game hobbling off. We'll try to find out what's wrong. Seneca hooks up with Branch for a nice 22 yard gain. But a holding penalty helps stall Seattle's offense. They settle for a 38 yard field goal by Olindo Mare. Colts lead it, 14-3.
- Colts ball with 1:17 left in the half. Their hurry up offense is blinding. They make 4 catches in just over a minute of real time. Indy runs a receiver screen Reggie Wayne gains 21 yards. Two plays later, Austin Collie makes a great catch and scores a 21-yard TD with :03 left in the half. Colts lead it, 21-3.
- Hawks ball. With :02 left, Seneca kneels it. Colts lead, 21-3 at halftime.
