I just returned from Seahawk headquarters, where Coach Jim Mora gave his Monday post-game press conference. He had good and bad news on the injury front.
Coach Mora says guard Rob Sims suffered an ankle sprain and is expected to be out at least two games and defensive end Patrick Kerney is doubtful to play this week because of groin injury. However, Mora says Josh Wilson will return this Sunday and quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is expected to practice Wednesday for the first time since he suffered a fractured rib during the second game of the season. Coach Jim Mora said Hasselbeck's rib has healed to the point where he can try to play, but makes "no promises".
"We'll see Wednesday," Mora said. "I haven't seen him drop back and really wing it."
