While at work, I heard ESPN's Todd McShay say that if Jake Locker continues to improve and play like he can, the Ferndale star could end up going #1 overall, if he comes out early. Currently, Scouts Inc. has the junior QB ranked 7th overall and 2nd in quarterbacks. But, again, McShay thinks Locker could shoot up to the top of the draft board. McShay even compared him to Jets QB Mark Sanchez. He thinks Locker, on the run, throws a better and stronger ball than over a third of the NFL quarterbacks. High praise for a guy who's only starting to show his potential this season. Remember, Locker has been hurt for the past two seasons. I guess Steve Sarkisian's pro style offense is paying dividends to his Husky QB.
