Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Jack Zduriencik announced that Adrian Beltre has been activated from the 15-day disabled list and Chris Woodward will be designated for assignment. Seattle now has 10 days to trade, release or outright Woodward to the minor leagues. Beltre, was placed on the 15-day disabled list on June 30 after undergoing successful surgery to remove bone spurs in his left shoulder. Before the surgery, Beltre hit .259, with 5 home runs and 31 RBI in 73 games 1 Comments |
