We are T-Minus five hours and counting from the Mariners deadline to sign 1st round pick Dustin Ackley. The M's have until 9pm to sign the second overall pick.

By the way, the 19th overall pick, pitcher Shelby Miller, signed a deal today with a signing bonus nearly worth $2.9 million. According to Baseball America, that's about $1.5 million above the recommended bonus amount.
