The Seahawks are allegedly given a peek at what will be left when they draft 4th overall in the NFL Draft. Georgia QB Matthew Stafford says he's a Lion, calling it a "done deal". Profootballtalk.com reports that Stafford is telling his Bulldog teammates he'll get over $40 million guaranteed. That's more than $10 million more than last season's top pick, Miami OT Jake Long. Number three pick QB Matt Ryan got $34 mil. Number four overall RB Darren McFadden received $26 million guaranteed.

So what does that mean for the Hawks? If they go off the top pick's guaranteed money, the Seahawks will probably have to pay over $30 million guaranteed to the number four pick, if they keep it. That's a lot of dough! Either the veterans are gonna be upset at the amount doled out. Or the vets will look at the rookie and make him buy doughnuts and dinner, often.
