The Seahawks' new HQ -- the Virgina Mason Athletic Center -- is on time and set to be done by August, according to the Bellevue Reporter. While the team will still hold training camp in Kirkland (because of contractural reasons with Northwest College), Seahawks VP Lance Lopes told the Reporter that the Seahawks plan to open the facility to fans this summer.

The main building is 124,000 square feet of training and administration -- a big step up from the current facility. There will also be plenty of seats for fans to watch the team practice, and a bus to shuttle visitors from parking lots. All-in-all, the new HQ is 19 acres, with three outdoor grass fields and an indoor field -- complete with a 95-foot ceiling for kicking.
