« Did Tatupu's arresting officer mess up? |Main| Star-studded roster (Kaka & Robinho) for Brazil v. Canada »
Ken Griffey Junior paid off a $1,500 bet to a teammate in pennies. That's sixty boxes of pennies in pitcher Josh Fogg's locker. Here's Fogg's reaction: "I'm going to take them out to the bullpen and count them. I have a lot of time on my hands out there. I'm sure these were delivered by Brinks truck and Griffey had his paycheck in there, too." Griffey told Fogg he was going to do it. He wanted Fogg to know he's a man of his word. Too bad ARod wasn't a man of his word and according to Junior, it helped force Griffey's departure from Seattle.
