Playoff tickets will go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. for the Seahawks wildcard game (it'll be played either Jan. 5th or 6th). Tickets can be bought through Ticketmaster at (206) 628-0888 or at Seahawks.com. Only four tickets per customer, and the purchase can only be made by a credit card. Also of note: tickets cannot be bought at either Qwest Field box office or at Ticketmaster outlets. 3 Comments |
I am already practicing my ticketmaster skills...
So you can't buy Seahawks playoff tickets with cash walking into a ticketmaster outlet. I'm glad I was told before I attempted this outrageous act like I did 3 times this season!! Exactly who is behind this policy and what is the problem with taking cash? If your trying to lose fans your going about it the right way.

I don't agree Richard. These tickets are going to be in such demand that you could have lines at every outlet location in western washington with no guarantee that any tickets will be available once 10am rolls around. That would be more likely to upset fans than the current method. Btw, I don't think lack of tickets or ticket selling policies are going to cost the Hawks a single fan. It may make some folks upset at ticketmaster (as this happens anytime a high profile event goes on sale) but the Hawks have nothing to do with this. They don't control which agency sells their tickets. That is between the nfl and ticketmaster. Good luck getting tix Richard and Go Hawks!!!
