Zorn takes Redskins job

2:38 PM Fri, Jan 25, 2008 |

ESPN is reporting that Jim Zorn has accepted Daniel Snyder's offer and is the Redskins new offensive coordinator. A Seattle icon and quarterback guru, the 54-year-old has been with the Seahawks since 2001. The Redskins are still looking for a new head coach.

What is interesting here, is that Snyder is pilfering the team that knocked Washington out of the playoffs the last two years. Earlier, Snyder went after Jim Mora for the head coaching job of the Redskins. Hm. While it's too bad to see Zorn go, we'll wish him the best of luck (unless he's playing the Seahawks).
