Mora Interviewing with Redskins
ESPN is reporting that Seahawks Assistant Head Coach and Secondary Coach Jim Mora will interview with the Washington Redskins on Wednesday. I doubt if he'll go. It sounds like assistant coach Gregg Williams has been groomed to replace Joe Gibbs. Williams, a defensive coordinator for the 'Skins, was a head coach in Buffalo. It didn't have much success there, but he's been schooled in the Joe Gibbs-style of coaching. So to recap, I doubt Mora would leave for the Washington gig (the 'Skins job, not the Huskies gig).

I doubt Mora would leave seattle, sounds like he might even be waiting to swoop on Mike Holmgren's spot. Everyone is probably waiting to see if Holmgren will finish his contract or leave. Maybe it might be time for a new coach and a new scout cuz the hawks will need a make over this off season with a few adjustments on the both offense and deffense. The special teams needs to start from scratch cuz they need the biggest help of all. Might as well get a new special teams coach while they are at it.
The biggest project is to make seattle a balanced team with the passing and running game thats on point. If we had a good running game going on last saturday in greenbay, the hawks might have been able to take those cheeseheads down, but the weather looked like they was playiing in antartica with all that snow.
Can't wait until next season Go Hawks

Special teams, offensive line, running game and getting our run stoppers to stay healthy, are just a few things that Seattle has to address. Also, we have to consider a coaching change, along with keeping our wideouts healthy and keeping some key personel. It will be a very interesting off season. If Seattle does things right, next year will be better than this year hopefully. We'll see..........

Why would he interview if he's interested in staying in Seattle, unless he's trying to leverage this interest to motivate Holmgren to make a decision?
We need Mora to stick around, and this isn't a good preliminary sign.

Increased interest in Mora would be something he wants. Now Mike Holmgren has couple weeks or so to make his decision and if the Redskins have found a new coach that isn't jim mora then I would assume that Mora would stay and possible take over if Holmgren leaves.
