Alexander could be ready

6:26 PM Tue, Nov 27, 2007 |

Shaun Alexander's chances to play Sunday in Philadelphia have been upgraded to "good." Monday, Mike Holmgren told the media Shaun has a "good" chance to practice Wednesday. If he practices Wednesday, he'll have a "good" chance to play in the game. Alexander has missed the past two weeks after spraining his knee against Cleveland.

What's the old saying? If its not broken, don't try and fix it? I think Shaun should heal up 100% before even thinking about playing again. Mo Morris and Leanard Weaver are doing just fine right now. Just my two cents worth. GO SEAHAWKS!!!!

I agree, Shaun should ride the pine for the rest of the year. Especially if his wrist isnt 100%. Mo and Leonard have loked more than capable to carry the load. If we put shaun back in there all that you would get is someone more worried about protecting himself, than pounding the ball. Atleast with our current backs they run with a chip on their shoulder. Not like a potato bug.

Oh yeah, so much for that "it's the offensive lines fault we can't run the ball" the only one saying that now is shauna.

Even if he feels 100% - if that cast is still on keep him out. He isn't a defensive player and he has no use for a club like Tapp. That cast has already proved to be a problem and I'm not willing to take the chance that the Eagles' D won't think the same way. morell is right, our running game is OK for right now, let's not change it.

I'd let "shoe-string" Shaun in the game and at the first sign of hitting the hole like a sissy, yank him.
