Battle of the blogs?
I've read some of the posts and I was left feeling really awful for the Dallas Cowboy fans. Here's a movie, left in the spirit of cooperation.

Just in case you Seahawks fans have no idea who your playing this Saturday, your playing a team that has been to the Superbowl 8 times and have won 5 of them. Yes, that's right,"8" times as opposed to your lonely "1" time and lost. The Dallas Cowboys are a Dynasty. Seattle can not even come close to concidering themselves a dynasty and until your so-called team becomes a Dynasty and begins to be respected and even known throughout the football world, stop talking crap.

If you are a cowboys fan i feel sorry for you if your teem lose to the lions they got something wrong whit them. what dose T.O. stand for talk off that guy talks so much shit it make him sound like he as a small dick and his making exuses. so if you are a cowboys fan be ready to lose to a real time this saterday.

I feel so sorry for america's team cuz come saturday night the will wish it was all just a bad dream. Alexander broke off 30 and 40 yard runs while while hasselbeck throws for 400 and one and you think it couldn't get worse than the plane ride home after our last meeting up here when feely stubbed his toe and bledsoe made all those poor throws. well u have a new joker back there now everyone jumped on his back but with all the interceptions a win u will lack!! Screw dallas and all of their fans because this will be their 06' season collapse!!! GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To the poster known as Rollins....they may have gone to 8 Super Bowls, but as you probably noticed in that silly song by the Cowboys, Drew Pearson pushed off on the Vikings defender in an NFC Championship game (if I remember correctly). Great Team. Gotta Cheat to Win. Check it out for yourself. At the 3:15 mark of the song. I think that was Jeff Wright for the Vikings. Although I didn't remember who the defender was for sure, it's amazing the fact that Pearson pushed off has stuck in my mind for 30 years. Add that on top of what Dallas stole from Minnesota in exchange for Herschel Walker, there's a lot bad kharma that the Cowboys have to make up for. T.O. is a start, I guess.

How touching!

Dear Rollins;
GET REAL!!!!! All your rant about the Cowgirls going to the Super Bowl 8 times and being a "Dinasty" means absolutely NOTHING now. Start living in the present. The present cancer on your team in the form of T.O. complaining that he doesn't get the ball enough has spread to other players lately. Teams with players that think only about ME ME ME instead of TEAM TEAM TEAM most likely will LOSE LOSE LOSE. There, now maybe you can look at the present realistically instead of living in the glorious past!!!!!!! GO HAWKS!!!!!

It seems to me that people in the northwest region of the United States can not spell very correctly. By the way, Seattle 21 Cowboys 31. Go America's team now and forever!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: Shane Wade | January 5, 2007 6:15 AM
You would think that in Microsoft land they would have spell check available. So typical of Seahawk fans to complain about the refs. They can't face the facts that if they would play better they wouldn't have to whine about the officiating. Who is that in your secondary again???? I will tell TO if he is thinking about refinancing his mortgage to walk back to your secondary after he scores and ask them what the current interest rates are????? LOL, LOL, LOL.

the cowboys use to be the team now there has beens go hawks
Posted by: Jim Prince | January 5, 2007 6:31 AM
The Cowboys shall hang their heads in shame after this game is over with.
Romo will be sacked more times in this game than any game this season.
Posted by: Studabaker Hawk | January 5, 2007 6:33 AM
I've been a Cowboy fan all my life, threw the good and bad years. All I can say is how many rings do the Hawks have and how many rings do the Cowboys have. Bottom line is who will be going on in the playoffs about 8:00pm tomorrow night. Good luck Hawk fans. GO COWBOYS

Look on the bright side Seahawks fans-- this is the last weekend you will have to set aside time to watch football. By Sunday morning, your thoughts can turn to establishing off-season priorities.
Dallas - 31
Seattle - 28
Posted by: Brent | January 5, 2007 6:59 AM
Seattle fans - face it your team is awful. You play in the worst conference in the NFC. Yu lost two times to San Francisco. The lowly Arizona Cardinals beat you. ROMO is going to throw 4 TD's and Marian Barber will run in one. WARE will have 2 sacks. Alexander is a wimp. Roy will knock him out in the 1st half. Branch is nothing without Tom Brady.
Posted by: Jeffrey Atlanta | January 5, 2007 7:31 AM
All I hear Dallas fans talking about is the superbowl rings the cowboys have won in the
past. But what they seem to forget is that this is not the team that won the rings. What are Dallas fans going to do bring back Roger staubach to win against the SEAHAWKS.
I would love to see it !!!
Mr. Wade seems more concerned about spelling is that because he knows that a Dallas win is a lost cause ??

WITH THE 12TH MAN AT QUEST FIELD IT WILL SO LOUD THE COWBOYS WILL HAVE SO MANY FALSE STARTS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO START GETTING MAD AT EACH OTHER AND THE SEAHWKS WILL WALK ALL OVER THEM.
SEAHAWKS 32 COWBOYS 10
Posted by: HAWKS 12TH MAN | January 5, 2007 8:06 AM
What a load of crap-
This team went to the Superbowl last year- but won't this year. This cowboy team is not the one that won superbowls any more than this seahawk team is going to be remembered for anything. Will they beat Dallas on a downward slide -likely but will they beat other teams to earn that spot- I dont think so.
Sit back and enjoy both teams arent going deep this year.

Love your city! No angst from this Cowboy fan. However, I will say that we haven't played like the past four games all season. We will rebound and will be ready to play a good game. I have purchased some Orville Redenbacher Gourmet popcorn for the playoffs.

SUPER BOWL SCOREBOARD: 5-0
It's entertaining to see how Seattle fans claim the Cowboys five Super Bowls aren't important. Whether you'll admit it or not, all Seattle fans know the trophy is all that matters...
By the way, your stadium is the best in the NFL! I was fortunate enough to attend a game there last year.
Posted by: Kevin | January 5, 2007 8:40 AM
Dear Hawks 12th Man, we play better on the road. Not too worried about the 12th man, besides, he actually resides at Texas AM, not Seattle.
Posted by: Jeremy from Dallas | January 5, 2007 8:52 AM
Romo 2 picks 2 fumbles, T.O 3 drops no TDs,Parcelles a priceless meldown after game. Seattle will win this one 27 to 14 sorry dallas you always have next year.
Posted by: casey | January 5, 2007 9:40 AM
You have no cornerbacks Casey. Romo will have gloves on. T.O will have 2 drops but will score. Dallas 77 Seattle 0. Done.
Posted by: Jeremy from Dallas | January 5, 2007 9:49 AM
WATCH OUT FOR THE COWBOYS! YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED ANY BETTER THAN US THIS LAST MONTH. IT WILL BE A BATTLE TO THE END. THROUGH THE GREEN, MUCKY SEA, THE STARS SHALL SHINE! GO BOYS!!
Posted by: Shawn | January 5, 2007 10:05 AM
Seattle fans: beautiful city, mediocre team.
Your 12th man (which was undoubtedly hijacked from Texas A&M) may cause a couple false starts, but unless they can put on a jersey and play defensive back it won't matter!!
The Cowboys won 5 of their 9 games on the road ... Qwest field will be no different.
I expect a valiant effort from Seattle, but a horrendous season fueled by injuries, Madden curses and the asinine move to let go of Steve Hutchinson (how's that working out now??) will end on Saturday night: Dallas 38, Seattle 27
This will make that loss to the Steelers from last February sting all that much more.
Posted by: RParr | January 5, 2007 10:08 AM
The only use T.O. will have for a Sharpie in this game will be to write down his offseason plans - which will begin about 8pm tomorrow night. Seahawks 27, Dallas 17.
Posted by: Jeff | January 5, 2007 10:09 AM
Sorry to say it but I'm not sure Seattle can beat Dallas. Do I want them to? Heck yeh!! I'm hoping they can but we haven't been playing well lately. Hope Josh Brown is ready for those kicks!! GO HAWKS!!!!!
Posted by: scarlett | January 5, 2007 10:12 AM
YA KEVIN, THATS WHAT THE PANTHERS SAID LAST YEAR TOO.ALSO YOU SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT THE 12TH MAN,BECAUSE WE ARE A FORCE IN THE STADIUM.ALSO I HEARD THAT EVERYHTING IS BIGGER IN TEXAS.THE ONLY THING WE SEE BIGGER IS T.O.'S MOUTH
Posted by: HAWKS 12TH MAN | January 5, 2007 10:20 AM
TO R PARR
YOUR HOPE LES IN A WAY OVER RATED Q.B (ROMO)IF HE CANT GET PAST THE LONEY LIONS,HE WONT HAVE A CHANCE TO BE EVAN SLIGHTLY GOOD AGAINST THE HAWKS.THE STEELERS DIDN'T WIN THE GAME THE REF'S GAVE IT TO THEM.(SEE HISTORY)THE LOOSING TEAM FROM THE SUPERBOWL THE LAST FIVE YEARS DIDNT MAKE IT TO THE PLAY OFF'S(STEELERS) AND THE WINNER HAS(SEAHAWKS)SO SEE THE REF'S BLEW IT ALL JUST LIKE THE COWBOYS WILL SATURDAY NIGHT AT QUEST FIELD
Posted by: HAWKS 12TH MAN | January 5, 2007 10:27 AM
Hey Scarlett, whose side are you on? You don't sound too hopeful about a Seahawks win tomorrow. Jeez, show some enthusiasm.
GO SEAHAWKS!!!
Posted by: Brian from Tri-Cities | January 5, 2007 5:56 PM
I heard enough of the song (about two minutes worth), then I had to go puke. There's no doubt the Cowboys have a proud past, but their past won't help them one iota tomorrow night.
GO SEAHAWKS!!!
Posted by: Brian from Tri-Cities | January 5, 2007 6:49 PM
Mr Koenig, For the record. Pearson had a right to go for the ball so contact was justified. Also the was no "push off" rule back then. You reall can't question the History of the Cowboys in the playoffs or Superbowls. It's what legends are made of.
Posted by: Big Tom, NYC | January 6, 2007 8:53 AM
Dynasty?...lol... all the players that played in those "Championship" teams are using walkers and living in Senior Centers now. Seattle is going to open a can of whoop ass and send the Cowgal fans back to broke-back mountain.
Seattle 34, Dallas 14
Posted by: Tim | January 6, 2007 9:55 AM
EXACTLY! The Dallas Cowpies of today are NOT the same team that won those Championships... incase any of you Dallas fans missed the point of and humor in that video. That was a longggg time ago, you can't even TRY to put Romo and Owens in the same CATEGORY. Quit living in the past!
Seattle 34
Dallas 13 (missed extra point - great kicker by the way)
