With Marcus Trufant nursing a high ankle sprain, first rounder Kelly Jennings will likely start opposite ex-Hawk Joey Galloway this Sunday. Jennings seemed to do well versus the Chargers, breaking up a couple of passes. Jennings isn't the largest of players (5'11" and 176 lbs) and is in the midst of his first pro season, which we all know is a grind for rookies. Jennings was the 31st choice in last year's draft. ESPN has an article today about Jennings, and here are some words in the Times about the CB, from Mike Holmgren. 1 Comments |
I've been following this kid since he became a Seahawk. What an outstanding kid! He has all the traits that you want on your team and I hope he does well on Sunday!
