Shaun Alexander has said he wanted to stay with the Hawks, and now it's a done deal, according to his agent. Alexander has signed a $62 million, eight-year contract -- the richest ever for an NFL running back. The deal also includes $15.1 million in guaranteed cash, through signing and other bonuses and 2006 base salary. Whew, we can all breath a sigh of relief, but he didn't come cheap.
