He's thrilled to "bring some joy" to poeple hit hard by Hurricane Rita. He's thrilled that he has something else to show kids at his camps this summer. Something to tell them, "If I can make it, you can do great things, too." Babineaux won't have the ball he intercepted with 5 seconds left on Sunday to set up one of the most dramatic wins in Seahawks history. After the game, Babinueax had all his teammates autograph that football so he could give it to injured teammate Ken Hamlin. That's a 23 year old free agent from Southern Arkansas U. giving away THE BALL from one of the greatest wins anyone can remember. You might remember that the next time Jordan Babinueax makes a great play. Long after all the details of games and wins have faded, I'll remember Babineaux's spirit and his generosity. Gestures like that, people like that make my job a pleasure.
