Want to win some gold?

If you do, you're not alone. I wondered if I was the only one who watches the Olympics while thinking, I'd like to do that event! For me, it's slalom. Jeff Renner, a known mountain man, wants to try anything alpine. Dennis Bounds, an avowed Nascar fan, when bumped will try bobsled. Paul Silvi, himself a fan of any red bull event, would like to do bobsled too, but not with Dennis. (He says he'd do bobsled if its co-ed.) So if while watching the Olympics you dream of winning gold, know you're not alone.

By the way, when the question comes to what event do you most want to watch, most of the females say figure skating, but almost everyone says that mass mayhem event new to the Olympics: snowboard cross. Want to win gold in snowboard cross? Tonight's YOUR night.

I'm watching the Olympics...and whyOwhy is it so difficult for NBC's sport-announcers(and others) to NOT correctly say TORINO? there is no 'U' in Torino...*just like there's no 'R' in
Wa(r)shington! *knowwhatImean?? I cannot be the only viewer that is aggrivated by the mis-pronounciation...am I? (God knows I mis-pronounce and mis-spell...lol...but, I'm not getting paid the BIG $$ either).
TY, I did'nt know who to make this statement to) ;o)

In which Olympic event has Jean Enersen previously participated? If none, then she can't presume to tell Yonnie what's best for his preparation or criticize him! The U.S. speed skating team lost because K.C. was to old and too slow. Not, because Yonnie decided to pass to try to "win some gold" in his individual event.

Mimi Jung looks like Michelle Kwan ???

For heavens sake, Mimi wins the gold medal in looks and Michelle maybe the Bronze if no other competitors. I'd mistake Mimi for anyone just to get a second to talk to her. I think the Olympic spectators may have been doing the same just to have a second to chat with a Seattle beauty.
