Submit a Blog
If you have a favorite local blog or video podcast -- or it's your own -- here's how to submit it to Citizen Rain. We highlight blogs that write about the local community, so we have a few simple requirements:
1. It must be a blog with a valid RSS feed with dated posts.
2. The blogger(s) must be residents of Western Washington.
3. No racist, defamatory, illegal or pornographic content allowed.
4. The blog must be updated at least a couple times a month.
5. A majority of blog posts must be about the local community in some way.
This last point is important. Citizen Rain isn't a comprehensive directory of local blogs but an aggregator of local community blogs. For example, if you have a personal blog about your cat, you won't qualify. But if it's a blog about pets in Seattle, then we'd be happy to add it.
If you qualify, please send an email to mail@citizenrain.com with a link to your blog, a link to your RSS feed and a short description. Please give us a couple days to add it into the aggregator.
