Last day sale at Fremont Sonic Boom Records
Today (Monday) is the last day of business at Sonic Boom Records in Fremont, and lots of things are on sale, reports Slog. 50% off everything used and 30% off everything new (except things that are already on sale).

I noticed the Taco Guaymas in Fremont has a Land-Use Notice sign on it. The city's website says a new 3 story apartment building with retail on the ground floor is coming. Does anyone know if Taco Guaymas will be filling the retial space?
