Tuna sushi even more unhealthy than thought

Yeah, yeah, we've all heard the studies that raw tuna has lots of mercury. But a New York Times story says that just six pieces of tuna sushi a week could pose a health hazard. So much so, the FDA may take action. Egads! I don't know about you, but if my favorite sushi places (Shiro's in Belltown and Mashiko in West Seattle) were forced to pull tuna from the menu, I would start plotting ways to smuggle it in. From Japan. Let's hope this is just another overhyped medical study that will only be contradicted in a few months.

The good news is that the mercury kills the nematodes.
