New Madison Valley creperie opens Friday

While dining at Voila Bistro over the weekend, I learned that the neighboring French restaurant, Saint Germain, had closed its doors. Its last day was Jan. 12. That's too bad – I'm pretty sure that cozy spot was only open for a little more than a year or so. But a staff member answering the phone there says on Friday, Saint Germain reopens as "La Cote," a new creperie to be run by Laurent Gabrel, owner of Voila. The spot boasts a menu of both entree and dessert crepes. Yum!
