'Dream' hotel proposed for Alki

CB Anderson Architects have sketched out what a proposed "boutique hotel" south of Salty's on Alki might look like, says the West Seattle Blog. (Finally. The only lodging West Seattle has are sketchy motels.) Published in the Daily Journal Commerce, the plan would also include improvements for the restaurant, such as a new glassed-in deck where you'll gaze on the killer view of downtown Seattle. So far, it's still in the "dream" phase and no formal applications have been filed with the city yet.
