Howard Schultz buying $25M New York City pad
The chairman of the "endlessly spreading coffeehouse chain" is reportedly plopping a cool $25 million to $30 million for a sprawling New York City apartment, reports the New York Post. Schultz's new crib is in a 14-story, 9-unit Italian-Renaissance-palazzo style building along Museum Mile with "gorgeous" views of Central Park. The sale is pending co-op board approval. he is probably trying to get out of seattle now that he screwed over Seattle Nation by selling the Sonics to someone with no intention on keeping them here!
