The chairman of the "endlessly spreading coffeehouse chain" is reportedly plopping a cool $25 million to $30 million for a sprawling New York City apartment, reports the New York Post. Schultz's new crib is in a 14-story, 9-unit Italian-Renaissance-palazzo style building along Museum Mile with "gorgeous" views of Central Park. The sale is pending co-op board approval.
