The Oddfellows Building, home to Freehold Theater, Velocity Dance Center, The Century Ballroom and Cafe and other arts groups, has been sold, blogs The Weekly. No word yet what the new owner's plans are (condo conversions, perhaps?), but the news leaves tenants anxious and the rest of us to ponder the fate of Capitol Hill's dance and theater scene.
