Bellevue resident Oleksiy Pantyeyev uses a digital camera to take time-lapse videos around Seattle. This morning he submitted a time-lapse video of the Seattle skyline to KING 5, taken from Admiral Way in West Seattle. He says his camera took one frame every three seconds.
