Traffic director out of town during I-5 crunch
Let's say you're in charge of Seattle traffic management and the biggest traffic disruption in recent memory is about to happen. Should you 1) work a little overtime or 2) take a vacation?

Hello??? What's wrong with this picture???
I remember that during the Y2K fiasco, the entire IT department could not take vacation during December and January. We did what we needed to do.
