"The sun came out just in time for the Blue Angels show," says Barb Lengyel.

"This is the solo Blue Angel inverted and in a tight turn. See the water vapor," says Bob Gordon who took the shot with a Nikon D-80 with 200mm VR lens.

"Four F-18 Hornets take off at the same time in formation," explains Kirklund Wise. "Their exhaust is silouetted against a similar-shaped Mt. Rainer."
