Man, can these guys sell cars. From the moment we received a tip about an odometer rollback scam, we started making calls to the people believed to be behind it. Our goal was to go in undercover, listen to their sales pitch, read the odometer on the vehicle they were trying to sell and then use Department of Licensing title records to determine if the odometer was tampered with.
