Step by Step Toward a Better Environment

I've decided there are many little things I can do every day to improve the environment.
I've started taking reusable cloth bags to the market for groceries.
I use cloth napkins or ones made of recycled, non-bleached paper.
Yup, I've replaced many (but not all!) my incandescent bulbs with curly ones.
I pack my lunch in washable, reusable containers.

For a few days, we are getting a respite. No passes are closed. Avalanche danger on Friday, February 15 is down from the high and extreme levels we've witnessed in recent weeks. It will no doubt be back up in the future, if the second half of the winter is anything like the first.
