TACOMA, Wash. -- Police wounded a 19-year-old man in a confrontation at a house in Tacoma. Officers were called to the home Thursday to check on the man who was reportedly despondent. Spokesman Mark Fulghum says the wounded man was taken to Tacoma General Hospital with serious injuries. The Tacoma News Tribune reports Pierce County sheriff's deputies also want to question the 19-year-old about a shooting last Friday at a restaurant where a 16-year-old girl was wounded. |
