Political rivals unite - how strange

Political campaigns tend to focus on the reasons political opponents disagree with one another.
And sometimes there's the mud that never seems to wash away, even after the campaign is done.
In Snohomish County, though, Sheriff-elect John Lovick has chosen two of his former opponents to help lead the department.

While he was running against them, he says he learned they had strengths that would help the citizens of his county.
It's a somewhat unusual move. I think many people would call it refreshing.

I'm excited for this power team to take action in Snohomish County. I remember seeing Lovick in in uniform at church servics and thought that he was a dedicated man. Good for him.
Now that Bart is out Snohomish County will see a difference. No longer will the head be turned at crime, especially (drugs).
