While we were there this morning, there was all kinds of set up happening...lots of leaf-blowing going on. So while we all wait for Bumbershoot to get going in earnest, let's just take a moment and reflect on some of the significant stuff that's happened here.

Did you know that these performers have made stops at Bumbershoot in the past? Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Roy Orbison, Bonnie Raitt, B.B. King, Mel Torme, Tina Turner, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ray Charles, Elvis Costello, The Eurythmics and Beck.

Quite a list. This year some of the highlights include Fergie, The Shins, Panic at the Disco and a band called "Natalie Portman's Shaved Head."

Bumbershoot's been going strong since 1971. For all you 2007 Bumbershooters...have fun!
