When the KING 5 Investigators started getting complaints recently about a gutter and decking contractor named Earl Brischle, it all sounded too familiar. The State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division Chief Doug Walsh says his office is limited to taking civil action on behalf of consumers. Often that is enough. The AG's office doesn't have the authority to send someone to jail. They can and do refer cases to county prosecutors for charges, but in Brischle's case prosecutors have declined to file in the past. 9 Comments |

This Earl Brischle has been giving us a bad name by putting ads in News papers using are art work, pictures ext; we have been trying to catch this guy by contacting the department of labor and industry but he has been using different names like Mike Michaels who placed the ads in the Enumclaw Paper
And the Monroe Paper. I found some phone numbers Earl Brischle uses 800-727-7056,cell 206-250-3369 and 253-846-0977 He never uses a General Contractors License # in the News Paper ads, witch by law they are required and the News paper should be asking for before allowing the ad to be placed.
King 5 is involved in censoring news detramental to Hispanics and illegal aliens. Yesterday King 5 reported that a Hispanic Man attempted to rape a 14 year old girl in Puallup on its 5pm news hour. Since then King 5 has deleted any reference to the suspect's racial identity in further reporting.
King 5 gave wide coverage to the May 1st march in Seattle by illegal aliens and has pushed a pro-illegal bent in most of its Hispanic based reports, meanwhile King 5 has done no reporting on anti-illegal alien rallies, crimes committed by a growing illegal Latino popullation in Seattle or the fact that the Governor of Washington seems hell bent on forcing us taxpayers to pay for the illegal aliens living in our state.
King 5 at best is an anti-American propaganda ministry for the illegal hugging left and their fellow treasonous partners in the Republican Party.

Just want to say there is alot of corruption today. I worked for Consolidated Disposal(Grant Co.) for many years.... they at one point decided to go automated without letting their customers have any choice.They supplied each customer with a container and to this day pockets over $5/month for each customer. Well there happens to be about 15000 customers. The UTC knows about it and says they can't police everyone. The owner of CDSI is living in luxury at the expence of the customer. These crooks need to be exposed!Joyce Mullican a close friend of Dan/Genny Dietrich now is in the transportation dept. of the state government(UTC). This entity regulates all refuse co. in this state. It's all who you know. As corruption envelopes the government these people will have an easier ride with these deceptive practices.

This man IS a phoney, Liar, a CHEAT and a thief. My husband used to work for this guy, and quit right when he found out that customers were being cheated and Earl took out almost $700.00 from my husbands paychecks, for child support and NOT ONE TIME did Child support recv' the money. He kept the money taken form my husband's check. When my husband quit he also never recv'd his last two paychecks. Earl would void his paychecks and give him cash, which never matched what he was supposed to get for working. Earl cares about no one but himself!!! We went to yakima, when my husband's grandmother was in the hospital dying and my husband's cell phone rang....on the other end i could hear Earl yelling at my husband saying " you need to get your ass back to work I have a business to run here. My husband is so furious with this jerk he wanted to try to sue him but with no money for an attorney and no proof of being shorted on his pay, what can we do??? If you know of anything we can do for recovery...PLEASE HELP!!!!
